In the first month, I lost 30 lbs, which was very encouraging & gradually the knee pain & inflammation subsided. My mood stabilized & elevated, I also slept better at night. I then began walking for 20 minutes & gradually increased it. Today I walk 6-12km daily about 4 to 5 times/week. I added light weights & resistance bands to tone up and add muscle. So far, I’ve lost 100 lbs & feel so much better, healthier & happier.
